What is an Artist-Signed Edition?

Each artwork is a signed edition print, personally digitally signed by the artist.

When will I receive my order?

Since we utilize a global network of local print studios, delivery times are highly optimized based on your location.

For Standard Artworks & Physical Products: Orders are typically processed, produced, and delivered within 5-10 business days.

For Custom Healing Artworks: Because these pieces require deep personal energy and consultation, the creative process takes approximately 2 weeks. Once you approve the final digital proof, printing and local shipping will take an additional 5-10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What is the process for custom artworks?

How It Works:

Our custom artwork is available in both simple and complex customization options.

Simple Custom:
Upload at least three childhood photos, select the print type, and place your order.

Complex Custom:
In addition to uploading your childhood photos, you can also specify your preferred elements (such as animals, colors, etc.). Kelly will then customize the artwork to your specifications.

Creation and Preview:
After placing your order, Kelly will create the artwork. Hand drawing takes approximately one week. Upon completion, we'll email you a preview of the custom artwork, allowing for unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.

Completion and Shipping:
Once confirmed, your custom artwork will arrive within 12-22 business days (excluding revision time).

What is your refund policy for custom artworks?

Due to the highly personalized and energy-intensive nature of custom healing art, all custom orders are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.

To ensure the final piece aligns with your vision, the process includes a detailed preliminary consultation and 2 rounds of minor revisions during the digital preview stage. We will only proceed to final printing and shipping after you have approved the digital proof.

What is your return policy for physical products and prints?

We confidently stand behind the quality of our products . If any problems arise from our side, such as a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will handle them by providing a free replacement or refund.

* Please note: All of our prints are made to order, and for this reason, once an order is submitted, we do not accept returns or refund requests due to customer reasons (such as not being happy with the artwork, color, providing the wrong address, or simply changing their mind after purchase).

To ensure your custom artworks and prints arrive safely, quickly, and with a minimal carbon footprint, TreaYou partners with a global network of premium print studios. Your order will be sustainably crafted and shipped from the facility closest to your location.

For international orders outside the UK and China, we offer a subsidized flat-rate shipping fee to ensure our healing art remains accessible to our global community.
