Hello everyone, I’m Kelly, the founder of TreaYou Studio. Thank you for your interest! We are a small family-run business established in London in 2024.
Based on my own journey of personal growth, I have been looking for simple ways to lift low moods. These moods often come from life's challenges and stresses. I discovered that colour can have a positive effect on our emotions.
Furthermore, research shows that sharing stories can have strong therapeutic benefits. It can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It can also improve self-esteem and self-worth, and encourage post-traumatic growth. This inspired me to create TreaYou Studio.
