How It Works:
Step 1: Write your story or dream in the box. Choose the illustration you like and the clothes you want. Select the production method, either embroidery or printing, based on the sample. Then, place your order.
Step 2: After you place the order, the designer will hand-draw your illustration. They will follow your favourite style. The hand-drawing time depends on the order volume and takes about 2-5 working days.
Step3: After the hand-drawing is completed, we will send the customized pattern to your email. We provide unlimited modifications to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the hand-drawn illustration.
Step 4: Your custom item will be delivered to your door within 2-4 weeks.

Hand-drawing time: about 2-5 working days
Production time: within 3-5 working days after design approval
Shipping time: Express delivery is mainly by Royal Mail in the UK, and DPD is optional for efficiency. All couriers can be tracked.
Shipping to the UK and the US takes 3-5 days
Shipping to Europe, Canada and other countries takes 6-21 days.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
