About Customization
How to place an order?
If you do not need customization, you can place an order directly. If customization is required, please fill in your requirements in the blank before placing an order, and then purchase normally. Some customized products may require uploading pictures. If you have additional questions, you can consult online or send us an email. After receiving your customization requirements, please allow 3 days to complete it. Then we will send you a customized preview via email for confirmation. After confirmation, we will put it into production and ship it as soon as possible.
How long does customization take?
Custom Processing usually takes 1 to 3 days. Products are delivered via our production relationships as soon as they are created. If you order a lot of items, they could occasionally come in different packages.
If I don't need additional customization, how do I fill in the blanks?
If you don‘t need additional customization, you can fill in the "add your personalization" field: I don't need that.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Order cancellations are accepted for 24 hours after purchase BEFORE it goes into production. As our products are personalized according to each customer's requirements, CANCELLATION IS NOT ACCEPTED once the order goes into production. We kindly request that you carefully review the description and size charts attached before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Where is the size chart?
The size chart can usually be found in the description column.
If the size is not right, can I return it?
In principle we do not accept returns or exchanges as our products are custom made to order. However, we offer two solutions base on this situation. The first solution is that if you are willing to pay extra to reorder a piece of clothing in the correct size. Of course we will offer you a discount code to reduce the cost. You can keep the piece of clothing that is not the right size, or resell it on a second-hand platform, or donate it. The second solution is that you are welcome to join our Facebook group. You are free to post and resell the clothing there.
About Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Definitely! Most countries around the world can receive our packages. For specific countries, please check the shipping policy at the bottom of our homepage.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and product selection.
What is your return policy?
We confidently stand behind the quality of our products . If any problems arise from our side, such as damaged product or a manufacturing error. We will handle them by providing a free replacement. Please note that we do NOT ACCEPT returns, exchanges or refunds due to customer errors such as choosing the wrong size, not happy with the design, color, providing the wrong address, or simply changing their mind after purchase.
How long will it take to get my package?
After production, standard delivery within the UK or the US usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to European countries usually takes 5 to 15 business days. For other international orders, it may sometimes take 10 to 30 business days.
